I like this for my makeup corner, firstly it is very easy to install, just put it on the hooks and fix the mirror on top. Can be done by 1 person. It features anti-fog and touch controls with dimmable light. I love the light in it, it ranges from very dim to nice and bright, with some extra ambient light it can be the perfect mirror.

We tested it before hanging and everything looked fine. During the rebuild, our electrician made it so we could hard wire it. Cut off the connector and some wire nuts and we were ready to hang. Hanging was easy and the suspenders were wide enough for us to slide over the rivets. Hope it lasts for years.

As far as I can tell, the LED arrived undamaged. I installed the brackets and installed the outlet behind the mirror. Seems to be well designed. Customers must be advised which drill bit size to use for anchors. Some won't know. You will need someone to help you lift, connect and install the mirror to the brackets. I would recommend this brand to others.

***Upgrade*** Customer service was fantastic they sent me a replacement mirror they are great and hopefully the mirror will live up to all our expectations this time. broken but overall the mirror is great and the company has really good customer service. In general everything is fine. If you look at the details, it's missing here. A lot of light enters from the sides. Actually I thought it was the backlight. It uses a cheap LED strip on the back, but I have a feeling it's facing the wrong way in the photos. In order to achieve the "glow" effect, the LEDs must be directed towards the wall and the light must be reflected. In addition, the "fogging" function only clears a very small area in the middle. I love the mirror. We are renovating the main bathroom. We had our own board to hang it, but the assembly sent to hang it didn't seem strong enough to hold it to the wall. When we unboxed it we noticed it had a defect and thought it was just plastic until we removed the plastic and it's a giant mirror to come back to see photos. Gah this mirror is so perfect! I received this mirror to complement a small dressing table I built in my room and it is exactly what I was looking for. They finally agreed to refund my money so I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. $500 items shouldn't have these issues, but I'm glad they fixed it. 3 stars because I will not be buying this mirror again and will probably go to Costco for larger purchases because they make returns so much easier and their customer service is fantastic.
