It's actually a beautiful hip scarf. The coins are well attached and I was even able to wash them. It has an odd new smell, but I suppose that's due to the nature of the material. This is safe for a smaller frame. I'm a size 10 with slim hips and need about 3 inches more coins on each side. The scarf in the picture is much larger than the real scarf (the picture is longer from side to side). It was cheap so I wasn't too disappointed. I gave it to a friend who is much smaller so the ending was still happy! I liked it, just wish it was longer so the coins would hit the knot when tying instead of being too much room without the coins.
