I ordered two of these and one was dead for about 2 months, just before the return window. I went through the RMA process which was fine if you ignore the fact that I had to follow up at least once at each step of the process and they didn't inform me they sent it back and my refund instructions didn't followed as I was out of town. .When they work, they are fine. There's nothing fancy about these monitors - inexpensive 2k screens. I mainly use them for spreadsheets and browser windows. When they die (and I can only assume they die prematurely) I'll pay a little more for a quality device that's obviously made by another company.
