I bought these headphones about two months ago and wanted to give them a glowing 5 star review yesterday. And after what happened today, I'm glad I didn't. What would give a 5 star rating: Fits my ear perfectly and the battery easily lasts a full day. This is especially helpful at work when I can keep an ear open to hear what's going on around me. Actually yesterday I decided to try this in the afternoon as my BT headphones are having problems right now. I wasn't expecting it to stay in my ear like normal work activities, but it really does! He didn't move for 3.5 miles. And the sound quality was perfect both working and running. Which leads to a 1 star rating: I was going to charge it today in case I need to use it for another run today and I wasn't sure what the battery level was so I plugged it into a regular USB port , which I have used to calculate for the last two months. Fast-forward to about an hour later when I notice that the headphones have actually started MELTING in the charging port. The USB cable is basically connected to the headphones and, unsurprisingly, dead. I don't give one-star reviews lightly, but in this case, when the product is seriously HOT, it's inevitable. $17 for two months of casual use? Not a great view. Which is a shame because before he decided to try morphing into a more liquid state I thought it was a great prize! And of course the return period expired after about a month. So unless Revain or the manufacturer contact me, I understand that I haven't had any luck getting any kind of compensation for this order.
