100% agree with reviewer Bill - LOVES the Assert 6, it's one of the most comfortable running shoes I've worn. So when it came time to reorder I was forced to purchase the Assert 7 as the 6 was out of stock in my size. I ordered the exact same size but the Assert 7 was very tight in the toe box. I also agree that the stuff used in Assert 7 (compared to Assert 6) feels shinier and a bit cheaper. I hate it when companies try to "improve" already great products and end up taking a step back - if something ain't broke, don't fix it!
