The ability to see what is being said about your brand/product or service by both consumers & employees! It's very useful for staying at top of consumer sentiment towards our brands - we can even use it internally too (to help us understand how customers are feeling). I have been able t make out any clear benefits yet but would like more time with them before making an assessment either way :) My only concern so far has also come from their own website which says that they will be launching soon across all platforms including mobile devices etc., however this hasn't happened after 2 years since launch :( We're trying hard within M2M Communications Limited not just broadcasted content management business unit though still early days!!
