Extremely bad documentation, doesn't work in PFSENSE

Can't get this to work. Pfsense doesn't define it. I've tried every orientation (PCB with RJ45, no arrow) I can think of but it doesn't show up. I booted W10 and installed the drivers from the disc that came with it, and also tried to manually install the driver for the "PCI Bus" device that showed up in Device Manager (.inf file in the W10 &gt; 64 folder). select but nothing.
