dsadsada/It's great. When running at night, I think it's great that the headband is made of pleasantly soft mesh and doesn't seem to be affected by sweat. It also feels like a regular headband rather than an item of gear. The light itself is superb. It has about 8 different settings - straight, peripheral, white light, red light, blinking, etc. It also comes with a gadget attached to the headband that allows you to tilt the lamp down so you don't have to tilt your head. to see the sidewalk/path. You can keep your head up and the sidewalk/pathway will be illuminated. Like this feature. And again, the light itself weighs next to nothing. Very convenient.
