Review on 🥛 Muscle Pharm Delight Protein Powder: Vanilla Chai Shake - 2 lbs, 39 Servings! by Summer Hendricks

What I liked: It's not chalky/grainy! I used my own blender bottle and it dissolved quickly after a good shake. A lot of the protein powders I've used have a very chalky/grainy texture and taste! But it's very beautiful (I think Splenda is used here). Some people might not like it too sweet (a scoop is fine for me, but if you don't like sweets, use 1/2 scoop). add cinnamon and nutmeg to enhance flavor). You can use water or milk (or non-dairy options). I used unsweetened almond and cashew milk (about 6 ounces) and diluted them with water, adding about 2 ounces of water the first time. It would definitely be thick and frothy, which is great, but at the time I wanted it to be more diluted since it was just tea and nothing else was added. What I don't like: I don't like how annoying it was to open! Not only that, but the scoop was completely at the bottom of the container. For this reason, I hate when protein powders throw in a scoop. I shouldn't have fished it out. I drank it once. I will update this review when I remember. I plan on drinking this with coffee in the future to make a messy tea protein drink. Update 05/16/19: This is great! I added cold espresso (I made it myself). I added some cinnamon and ice (don't mix, just to make a messy iced tea. It was OUT of this world! My Recipe (in case anyone is interested) • 8 ounces Almond Breeze, unsweetened vanilla, almond and nut milks ( for creamy texture) • 4-6 ounces of cold espresso • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon • 1 scoop of Fitmiss Protein in Vanilla Tea Total: 118 calories, 5 carbs, 17 protein
