Quality and color were not as expected

First, the color is pale yellow not ivory. Also, I washed the comforter before using it and when I laid it on the bed afterwards I noticed that some of the threads ripped and came loose. This should not happen after a single wash! Since a company came to me, I sewed up these areas and put the damaged part at the end of the bed. If I had had more time I would have sent it back because the quality wasn't right, the color was wrong and the comforter wasn't right for the price.
