Review on OTC Band Forearm Compression Strap by Jason Daves

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Copes with tennis elbow and golfer's elbow at the same time

I have an elbow injury on the medial (golfer) and lateral (tennis player) elbow, while the tennis elbow is much worse. This is the ONLY compression device I could find that solves both problems. Band-It compressors compress the tendons both inside and outside the arm (e.g. when you press a guitar string) which significantly reduces the stress on the injured tendon, allows it to heal and eliminates pain in most ranges of motion, reducing it , when the elbow is mostly straight. It has 2 compressors that are fairly stiff but still flexible enough to conform to the shape of your forearm. 1 compressor for the lateral tendon, another 1 for the medial. I wear Band-It over a compression sleeve and can easily wear it all day. do everything, become too tight and uncomfortable, not belts but compressors. You can actually feel it when you twist or bend your forearm, if the bend is uncomfortable it will hurt. I adjust it to be very tight when flexed but not painful. It really works for me, it's the fourth compression bandage I've tried and the only one that works really well and can be worn for a long period of time. I also bought flexbars for Tyler Twist's injury physical therapy which is effective.
