The product works and is very easy to install, but my problem is that the sound becomes very distorted once you turn the volume up about halfway. Especially with bass. When I use my accessory cable, the sound quality is much better. I used this on a Mercedes c63 so I didn't use an adapter. In my car, the songs show up in the speedometer area and you can skip songs using the steering wheel, but nothing shows up in the command system, which is in the center of the dashboard. This is not recognized and shouldn't be lost in sound quality if you like bass in your music. If you don't care about louder music and bass, this might be for you.
