Beautiful model. Don't expect it to move
The model is great. He is perceptive and attractive. Motor gearing is not meshing well enough for reliable operation. My son gave me this for Father's Day. I've been working on it ever since and everything is going well. It's a fun project, but the mechanics don't add up. It is difficult to turn 2D gears into 3D gears. The instructions have nice pictures, but no usable language. A little more technology and it would be amazing. In this form it will look good on my table. It would also be nice to advise painting. Show details and suggest shadows.
