The ability to create tasks in one location so people can see what's coming up next for them easily is great! There are also reports that you could run which will allow your team know if there was anything they needed or should be focusing their attention too at any given time during certain times of year (examples would include holiday periods).
It does take some getting used but it really has helped our organization streamline processes & communication internally as well externally via emailing clients like outlook/hotmail etc.. I wish we had this system when my husband started working here 7 years ago-it makes his life much easier than having multiple emails going out all day just waiting by each other until he gets home from work every evening!!
