
Compared to my old Cuisinart Pro 11, I like the strength, size, versatility and cleanability. I have a serious problem with the company's customer service. I washed the parts according to the instructions before use. The treatment tray handle contains water droplets and condensation, and there is no way to dry it. I am concerned about mold and bacteria growth. I sent a message via "Ask Us" - no response after a week. I called customer service and received a recording stating that the call volume was higher than normal and directed me to an "Ask Us" or website, then hung up. I tried to chat on a website and the person on the other end didn't understand anything. When I asked to speak to a representative, I was redirected to another source and told I would need to subscribe to a service to receive support. COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. I just paid $300 for the basic version of this kitchen gadget and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that I can talk to a living person who can answer a very simple question. Breville needs to play better.
