The interface is easy to use and it allows you to schedule emails in advance. It also has a great notification system. You can send out emails with different content depending on which user is reading them. If you have a lot of users, this is a great tool for managing your email campaigns. I don't think there are any downsides at this time. I highly recommend this product. We've been using this tool for about 3 months now and haven't experienced any issues. This software has enabled us to manage our email campaigns more efficiently and effectively.
