I am very upset, the product is no good.
I put 3 out of 5 because of reliability, otherwise everything is cool. Broke twice in a year. The first time the humidity sensor broke. Fixed under warranty. I waited for 3 weeks. The second time the water heating element rotted. The guarantee was denied. The reason is not clear. The service did not explain. Am I using a bad descaling agent? But there are no instructions in the manual. And the service can't say anything. Wait another 3 weeks for repairs. You will have to change for your money - 3.5-4. Wouldn't recommend to friends just because of poor quality. I give 1 out of 5. The water heater started to rot again. This is their eternal problem. Infuriates.
