Review on Adorable Birthday Outfit: Tutu Girls' Clothing for Baby Girls by Morgan Gilmore

There were a few things that weren't very thorough. First, there was no headband. I ordered this without having enough time to fix it so I used another pink bandage that I had. Second, there was a piece of fabric on the skirt that should have been cut off but looked like it had just been ironed to keep it from hanging down. Third, the curved band around the neck has been sewn tight to prevent the collar from lying flat. It was still cute and fit as expected, I'm just disappointed in the quality.
