I have two identical printers and one has always been offline. I've called and called about the problem and it will never solve the problem. Although support told me that having two identical printers was not a problem, I just had a feeling that was the case. Since both had WiFi. I ended up using this cable to connect one to the PC and left the other on Wi-Fi and they both work great now.
