Very nice shirt. I'm 5'10 160lb and received an M (US 40). For the most part it fits very well, but the shoulders/arms are a little tight. I work out and I'm in good shape, but I don't have huge arms or anything. The fit is fine except when, for example, I move my arms forward to type on the computer while sitting at my desk. I don't care, though, as I'd rather wear it a little tight than too loose. My only real issue with the shirt is that the material feels very, very cheap. It is not at all soft as you would expect from a 100% cotton shirt. It feels almost plastic. It is strange. But considering I paid $16, it's hard to complain too much. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. I just wish it was a little more convenient.
