It's simple, easy-to use tool that helps me manage my entire customer list from one place! I also love how it allows for automation of email communication between customers & campaigns as well within our CRM system (Salesforce).

Sometimes you have issues logging into or making changes via online dashboard so having someone who can help troubleshoot would be helpful - but overall very pleased w/ this product!! We are able solve problems at scale without spending countless hours searching through multiple systems / apps trying find answers ourselves when we could simply log directly onto their platform where they're experts instead.
