Great Customer Service along With Fantastic Analytics

What I liked most about WhaleR is the great tools that it provides. The customer service is great as well. I think that the analytics and the reporting should be more customizable. I also wish that when I add a customer I could change my name instead of having to use their name. It would be great if there was a way to import contacts from my CRM or other software instead of having to create a new account for each. I have gotten great help from WhaleR and the customer service is great. I am able to easily find out where my customers are and who is interested in my product and who has not opened my email or clicked on my website. I love how easy it is to use as well as how simple it makes my work life easier. It's also an amazing tool for tracking leads, so that I can see my progress throughout the day. Nothing really, I have not found any dislike about it. I would highly recommend using this software. It has helped me tremendously at work! We are able to track our numbers and make sure we are hitting them. This allows us to be more organized with all of our data.
