In general, the product and installation are fine. There were no problems with breakage and installation. Why such a low rating? Because the function of the product is terrible for my purpose. I draw a lot on my iPad. In fact, the main use for me is drawing. I can't do it when the screen is connected. look at my photo It cannot produce a straight line! OMG I can't believe all the lines are wavy now and I have to throw away the protective film. Ugh, I don't know if all glass screen protectors do this or just that, but I'm so frustrated. I like goggles on all my devices. waste of money for me. Be warned.
