I have tried biscuits and creamy casein and they have been very bad. Then I decided to try peanut butter. Great! I tried again because casein works very well. I wake up a lot less sore and it has great macros. It mixes well, but in my experience it starts to stick to the rim of my mug if I leave it in the fridge for a few hours. Not really a deal breaker. Just something to note. I usually like protein with milk, but honestly, it tastes better with water. The scent doesn't need any support as it's already good on its own.
