I should have read other reviews. I bought it because I love the look and the design factor. The box came in excellent condition, the bracelet was well packed. I was delighted to receive this in honor of the family dog who passed away over the Christmas holidays. After trying to read the instructions, be prepared, there is a little text I tried to fill in the bracelet. And this is where it all starts. Disappointment. The bracelet is NOT HOLLOW! Ash has nowhere to go except in a small area at the ends. And they recommend applying some glue to hold it together. Luckily my bracelet isn't covered in glue and dog ashes as those weren't on my to-do list. However, it ended up on my kitchen counter and hit my nose a bit when I tried to fill the damn thing. I am now discussing the future of this beautiful bracelet. But for those who think it's empty, IT IS NOT!
