Unscrews / falls off / does not rotate without twisting the bracelet

The bracelet is beautiful but there are many design flaws. It doesn't hold much ash but the worst thing is that it unscrewed itself 3 times and fell off 2 times in a week! And it's almost impossible to tighten! Because the bracelet is fully fixed, it will easily twist and flex as you try to tighten the bracelet. Disappointed with the design and may have to look elsewhere.

This bracelet is very cute, feels good on the wrist and not so much.

This bracelet is very cute, fits the wrist well and is not very heavy. I had a memorial house that filled my bracelet. You fill it from the ends and use a needle to push the ash down. Note that you don't put much ash in it like grains of sand. It's a keepsake and it doesn't last very long, but it's great. My only problem is assembling, one side doesn't fully close until the whole bracelet has rotated, so a little suggestion is a dab of glue. Depending on the size of your wrist, this bracelet…

I should have read other reviews. I bought it because I love the look and the design factor. The box came in excellent condition, the bracelet was well packed. I was delighted to receive this in honor of the family dog who passed away over the Christmas holidays.
