Misleading title. No chameleon, no hologram.
It's just foil flakes. They have no chameleon effect, holographic effect or finish. Was very disappointed given the cost. I knew they should be small and mostly empty, but I was willing to pay for the effects that chameleon flakes create when used in my art. It's hard to tell from the picture, but I assume the description of the item is correct. If you are looking for something more than colored foil flakes then this is not the set you are looking for.
