The best part about exe solutions - no doubt that it has been very easy for me as an account manager to manage my client's accounts since their software platform was built in such way which made life easier when compared side by side to other platforms available from different vendors out there.

It would be fair enough if you want your customer support team more proactive but I feel most times they get busy or not around at all during peak hours unlike many others who are always active. Their billing system also gets clogged up quite often leading us into serious problems while paying our invoices especially those running over month ends. So far i am happy using this product because it helps save time in managing various aspects related to advertising sales like lead management, tracking revenue/cost etc.,.
