Device #1 arrived broken with a cracked screen and software error. Two letters in the documents - none answered. Wrote through Revain - no reply. Had to contact Revain customer service who said unit #2 was on the way. Let's see.! Other criticisms - it needs a 1.5" hole in the firewall to get a small wire, though due to the non-removable thick connector at the end. arrives Update - Revain sent device #2 - BOTH shut down while I was backing up. Support is still not responding.
