just the right size, not great but ok
I figured I could use an external strap as advertised to hold the spring links but I can't stand the rattling in my car so I use them very sparingly. the duffel bag is a regular item with a very good size for a small hoist; I use my kit to lift heavy objects in or out of my car or up and down stairs and it works great for holding anything up.
