In general, this device is really good, but I wouldn't buy it because of one serious drawback. ADVANTAGES: - Rear rollers are really very good. - 2D/3D option is good. - The air massager turned out surprisingly well, which I didn't expect! Probably my favorite feature! The air pockets basically pull me towards the massager. Probably not that useful for much taller people (mine is 5'7,160) - The demo mode is a very enjoyable experience and most of the time I just use it! - Vibration and heat are also really good. Moving the massagers up and down doesn't work very well. - The small rollers under the large ones on the neck massager don't protrude enough to be effective. - The bolsters need to be either further apart for the rollers underneath to work properly, or closer together, friend, to get a better massage. MAJOR CONS: - After a nice massage, when you're completely relaxed, the rollers just stop where they were when the timer ran out. This means if you place this device in a chair that you use frequently, the casters are now likely to be in the middle of your back, preventing you from properly reclined in your chair! Then you need to turn on the device again, select "lower back", select "point", and then press the "down" button several times until the back massager reaches to the waist, wait for the massage ball to have a comfortable Stop reached , and then turn off the device. The same thing happens with a neck massager. It can stop at the moment when it exerts the most pressure and presses your neck, which is very uncomfortable. You need to turn the device back on, place it on the massager, and stop where it's not at the highest pressure point. Otherwise, it will be uncomfortable to just lean back in the chair when the massager is not in use. All the minuses could be fixed VERY EASILY if the manufacturer forces the massagers to return to the HOME point after the end of the massage. The main disadvantage of the device makes it basically useless in my opinion. Let's hope there is a way to update the firmware as again this is easily fixed by the manufacturer with a simple software update. hope this is helpful
