At first it worked fine.
This product worked reasonably well initially, but I was not at all impressed with its true color capability when printing anything other than text. Things only got worse after a few months when I started noticing heavy ink stains or smudges on all printed documents. Now it seems possessed and only works properly after about 10 tries. Due to the crappy quality of this printer I will be buying a new one soon and it certainly won't be this model!
