Page Edge Black

After a week or two, this toner leaves the left edge of the paper black. Sometimes even pieces of black dry toner fall off the paper. This is the second cartridge that causes this problem. I reordered it thinking it was my printer's fault. But then it was clean for 1 or 2 weeks after I installed the new toner. After that the problem came back and got worse.
