Review on Fluval A20261 FX4 Service Kit by Leanne Young

The FX4 may be expensive but you get what you pay for and this canister filter is worth every penny in my opinion. After a very simple setup (I added more media and thinner sponges) I plugged it in and was amazed at how it started. The filter first pumped out the water as expected and after about a couple of minutes it would turn off for another couple of minutes and then back on. He cleaned himself of all the air from the device and continued to work until a steady stream of water appeared. It took about 30 minutes for my 33 liter aquarium to have crystal clear water. Many would consider this overkill for my tank size but it is crowded and home to two 12 inch zig zag eels and a variety of other fish. I will update as time permits.
