While waiting for my jewelry to be delivered, I'm reading the reviews on this product (I know it's a bit late but no judgement). they were cheap. First, the price for 18 decorations was really high. I cleaned them before putting them in my ears, first with salt water and then with peroxide (no alcohol in this house thanks to COVID 19). The stains didn't come out! I waited 3 days to write this review to see if they will come loose or eventually wear out but no sign of it and I take them out every night to clean my ears and the jewelry myself. In general, I will buy more! Me and my brother both love them, I especially love the spirals!
