Disappointed - not made equal

Disappointed - I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the pillow, I think these pillows are ok. My daughter bought these last week and she followed the unboxing instructions to keep her fluffy and full and I loved her so much I bought one for myself. Well I followed the exact same instructions when they and mine fell off. They weren't fluffy at all. Very uncomfortable. I'm really disappointed in the quality of the pillow. I think as I mentioned before it just happened that they are not all the same
