My height of 5ft 5in is between 98 and 100 pounds. 32B ordered small size 2/4 swimsuit fits but too much swimsuit for me. The straps are very wide, the bra pads are large/bulky (they have been removed) and the skirt is too long. This would be a great option for beach walks or whenever you need a modest covered look.
