I was actually going to give this junk a 1 star. Sure, it smells and tastes like Chinatown back alleys, dissolves just enough to leave a dusty mess, and sticks to your cup and spoon like this sticky girl (or dude) who doesn't take hints but if you try , what do I have, you'll lose your appetite for a few days: I made the mistake of trusting a stranger on the internet (no, I didn't wake up with limbs in a ditch, and at least I suspect not, organs). I converted my powdered egg whites into liquid egg whites. I waited as they said on the internet and decided an hour or so would be enough. That was my last straw. It's either that or garbage. Then, in a stroke of genius, I decided to make this egg white. I've never spat something out so fast. To make matters worse, my kitchen STILL smells like the toilet drawer(s) in the smoking cat lady's apartment/warehouse. domicile. Every time I think about food, I remember that incident and suddenly lose my appetite. So I might lose $55 in protein but I'll gain at least $55 in appetite control - thanks now SPORT!
