The integration with other softwares such as Xero is very simple to setup - you just need an API key in order it works well! I like that we can see our hours worked easily across all apps so there's no confusion about how many hours are owed or where things stand financially at any given time. And lastly but certainly not least; It makes scheduling much easier by giving us more control over what should be scheduled each day when using recurring tasks from applications which don't support calendar functionality directly. That being said however if your app does have calendarin capabilities then this will make life even better because now those times aren’t wasted waiting around between appointments/timesheets instead they're kept within the system itself. The ease of use is great! It's very intuitive to get started with this software in less than 5 minutes. I like that it can be used by multiple people at once without having to worry about conflicts or confusion. There are some features we need but have not yet implemented - such as assigning timesheets directly from an email thread instead of creating them manually first. We're able to track time spent per project/task easily which has been helpful when reporting our hours back to clients.
