I have a 15 inch mattress with 4 inch memory foam and it's hard to find sheets with deep pockets that stay in place. This company had a REALLY good idea to use an elastic that goes under the mattress. The leaves stay perfectly in place. However, the elastic should either be a little tighter at the top and bottom or a little longer as on one of the two sets I bought the elastic came loose at the bottom the first time I put it on and I could barely stretch the elastic enough on the second approach to it to move. I think it will tear too soon. A little better positioning would eliminate this problem. The top elastic was enough to keep the sheets in place so I'm keeping them.
