I use this to protect the contents of the trunk when valet. The car key ring is on the physical key. I put valuables in the trunk, lock the folding rear seats, and disable the remote trunk release. In this case, I remove the physical key from the fob before giving the fob to the valet. The valet uses the suitcase's keyring as a token.
