Probably on the second or third keg or use, the air duct began to lose air. I also noticed that there was a small piece of metal sticking out. I pulled it out with needle nose pliers, looks like it's just crushed scrap metal. It looks like it's holding pressure now, but I've only filled one keg after this issue.
