Review on Hutzler 359YL Onion Saver Yellow by Jonathan Germain

This is my second onion screensaver. He also does what he has to. Keeps partially cut onions fresh and greatly reduces onion odor in the fridge. It's also good to see in the fridge. In the end, my first one broke at the crossing. But that's after prolonged use and a few drops on the tiled floor. I see several reviews that it is difficult to open and close. It's not difficult to use at all. I think people try too hard. Align the pieces and a little slight twist is all. (don't try to make it "tight", it's not hot, it works)
