Bright, white, well attached.

The LEDs are very bright and white, no complaints as you can always dim the light to your liking with tape or tint (but you can't make a dim light brighter) . You can also adjust the light once it is attached to the license plate by loosening the screws a bit. No resistors need to be connected, everything works out of the box.
