The LEDs are very bright and white, no complaints as you can always dim the light to your liking with tape or tint (but you can't make a dim light brighter) . You can also adjust the light once it is attached to the license plate by loosening the screws a bit. No resistors need to be connected, everything works out of the box.

Too bright for a license plate light, this is a mini LED strip. It's usually a good idea to improve visibility on a motorcycle, but the license plate light is always on, even during the day, making this light very uncomfortable. I replaced them with another LED. Also, the screw holes don't match on my Washington State motorcycle license plate.

Haven't wet it but works pretty well. My only criticism is that it would be better if it had a different top to bottom spacing/offset. It had to go over my plate and block the year and due to the way it's built it can't go under the plate. Another plus is that I can just put this thing forward if my headlight goes out.

The installation of this product is very simple. The wires are long and it snapped straight into place. However, this light is INCREDIBLY bright. I couldn't read my plate at night because it reflected so much light. I was concerned that it might actually make me quit, so I bought some tint from an auto parts store and that brought it down to a reasonable level. Otherwise it works as expected.

overkill with LEDs. I read the reviews. bought anyway. The pictures were taken in total darkness. The light is pretty damn bright, but if you adjust it or like the others and the lenses tint, you'll be fine. Better too light than too dark. For the money it exceeds expectations. Goes well with my tricycle plate. Again, it's bloody bright. but it seems more workable than a trash block. Also comes with nearly 3 feet of wire. Gives me space to work

Very bright. I'm a bit worried about water intrusion. If I get a chance I'll probably caulk the area where the wires come out. I don't know how waterproof the lid is... I think I'll know when the rain catches me by surprise. I know it's not going to happen, but it would be great if they switched to 18 gauge wire. I installed this light on my BMW G310R. Installation wasn't easy, but that's not because of this product. I painted the metal parts black to match. I also wrapped the RTV around the wire sleeve to make it more waterproof. It's almost like a spare light. And that's good. In November I was on the back of a 295 driving 58 mph.
