I installed this light on my BMW G310R. Installation wasn't easy, but that's not because of this product. I painted the metal parts black to match. I also wrapped the RTV around the wire sleeve to make it more waterproof. It's almost like a spare light. And that's good. In November I was on the back of a 295 driving 58 mph. So anything that can be seen better at night is a plus for me. Still no problem seeing the brake light compared to this light. I have another one I will be fitting to my Royal Enfield Int 650 which will replace the one that was assembled on November 29th. frame around the panel, I would have to use washers to separate it from the panel.
