All the settings make it more complicated than it needs to be I think (I just left everything on default as the instructions are quite complicated). I installed it in a 1952 Willys Overland pickup (pandemic project. I had nothing to do with it so I figured it needed a heads up display lol). I attached it to the steering column with some black plastic zip ties (after making some custom mounting holes in the rubber mount) since I don't have a dashboard to speak of. and this part worked great. it's very bright and when I checked my speedometer against it, it was correct. Now it's cool to see speed on the windshield. I didn't even notice it at first (so it's not distracting at all) since I was on a test ride for something else. but when i noticed it. It was like. Wow! that's cool! :) A cheap add-on that gives an old car a bit of a boost.
