Super absorbent yet ultra thin! I'll stick with the Munchkin, it's a great product, it doesn't show through clothing, holds up well in a bra and is very comfortable even when soaked through. In comparison, Medela disposable nursing pads are large, bulky and uncomfortable. and show through clothing. and keep them sticky to keep them in place from one feeding to the next. You won't regret switching to Munchkin.
