This shelf/towel rail is very nicely made. It's beautiful, sturdy and the mounting hardware presses the shelf firmly against the wall with no gaps like some of the branded items I've installed. The only difficulty was that it didn't require a surgeon's skill to tighten the hex screws, which was a bit tricky. Use a lever hollow wall anchor if you are not leveling the stand. Glue is also provided, but the concept of someone actually gluing this to the drywall is completely out of my league. You'll regret ripping the paper off the drywall and ruining the wall. A commenter complained that the mounting bases didn't match the shelf frame and therefore returned the item. This is completely unnecessary. The mounting bases are held in place with a 5/16" hex nut. Fit socket or socket wrench, loosen 1/2 turn, align fasteners to frame and tighten - problem solved. This is something to check before assembly I am very happy with this purchase my Compliments to KES for this great product.
