Dissatisfied with the Service Provided by AYAGROUP

Unfortunately, my experience with AYAGROUP's laptop purchase was not at all satisfying, despite the fact that I just recently acquired one of their products. When I opened the box containing the laptop, I discovered that it had been damaged when it was being shipped, which meant that it came later than the date that was originally projected for its delivery. Because the customer care representative I dealt with was unhelpful and impolite, I was left with the impression that it was my responsibility that the merchandise I received was broken. Dealing with AYAGROUP's subpar customer service was both a source of frustration and disappointment. This is not a business that I would suggest to anyone.
